Data and Office Manager
Salary: £30,000 (full time)
Hours: 37.5 (FT) or 30 hours (0.8FTE) per week
Contract: Permanent (subject to probationary period)
Join Gloucestershire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (GRASAC) to make a real difference for survivors/victims of sexual violence and abuse, through providing critical data and office management for our busy and dynamic team.
Help us to provide high quality, safe and transformative services through ensuring the efficient and effective running of our office, high quality management of our data systems, and excellent administrative support to the CEO and wider team
You will combine an eye for detail, excellent organisational and project management skills with exceptional communication skills, experience in ICT and data management and sound administrative and office management skills.
We offer external clinical supervision, case reviews, line management, a generous Employee Assistance Scheme, designated monthly self-care time, 27 days AL (plus BH) and 6% pension contribution (5% employee).
We are based just outside of Gloucester in a peaceful rural setting in relaxed offices, with ample parking.
Gloucestershire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (GRASAC) is a registered charity that supports anyone who has experienced or who is experiencing rape and/or sexual violence. We provide emotional and practical support, including advocacy and support groups,to survivors of rape, sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse, regardless of age, sex or gender. We recognise in particular, the impact and prevalence of sexual violence against women and girls.

Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA)
Salary: £21,496 increasing to £22,574 on successful completion of Probation and ISVA qualification (Equivalent full time £26,870 - £28,218 per annum)
Hours: 30 hours per week, 0.8FTE (worked over 4 or 5 days per week)
Contract: Permanent (subject to probationary period)
Join Gloucestershire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (GRASAC) to make a real difference to survivors/victims of sexual violence and abuse, providing critical support, information and advocacy and supporting people through criminal Justice processes.
Join our vibrant and supportive team to offer a safe and trauma informed service, ensuring victim/survivors understand their right and options and are able to make informed choices about what happens next for them.
You will be passionate about ending sexual violence and abuse, love working with people, have excellent organisational skills and be committed to effective and practice partnership working.
We offer monthly one to one external clinical supervision, case reviews, line management, a generous Employee Assistance Scheme, designated monthly self-care time, annual leave of 27 days per annum plus bank holidays (pro-rata) and 6% pension contribution (5% employee).
We will also enable you to complete accredited ISVA training.
